Replay Engine Engineering Specification Complete

The full engineering specification for the Replay Optimization Engine is complete. The engine re-simulates a fleet's own GPS and dispatch history through a gated offline pipeline. Ingest, map-match, baseline, fidelity gate, optimize, conservative claim. If the median reconstruction error exceeds 10 percent, no savings number is claimed and the deliverable becomes a data-readiness report. We commit only to the 5 percent conservative floor and deliver an auditable savings report. The stack is open source, OR-Tools, OSRM, and OpenStreetMap. No hardware, read-only, no impact on live dispatch.
